Eleven seasoned creatives shared how they’re engaging with AI and new media. The results paint a clear picture of where we are — and what's needed:
🧠Most are already experimenting.
8 of 11 respondents are hands-on with AI tools in some way. 4 have joined creative communities or cohorts, and another 4 are learning by watching others. 2 prefer 121 coaching. Not a single person said they’re not interested.
🚧 The biggest blockers: time + trust.
4 people said time to learn or experiment holds them back. Another 4 named privacy or safety concerns. The rest mentioned feeling overwhelmed or unsure what’s relevant. (Sound familiar?)
🎥 The clear winner for learning format:
YouTube videos & mini-courses.
8 out of 11 said that YouTube videos and mini-courses are how they want to learn. Step-by-step PDF's came in strong second.
